ACE Academy Kids Programs 4-16 years

KICKBOXING
Learn how to punch, kick, knee and elbow. Classes consist of pad work to develop technique, power and fitness, and light contact drills to develop timing, accuracy and rhythm along with controlled sparring
BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU
Try the gentle yet arguably most effective martial art. Learn how to control an opponent from both top and bottom positions, along with submissions from various situations. Classes in both Gi and No-Gi.
MMA
Once you have trained a little bit of kickboxing and BJJ, MMA is where the arts are blended together. You will learn how to use strikes to set up takedowns, how to defend an opponent taking you down, wrestling against the cage, grappling with strikes and learn submissions effective in the sport of MMA.
ACE Academy (4-16yrs)
"Learning through play" Kids learn best when they are playing, that is why the ACE Kids Program consists of the perfect balance between learning skills, developing fitness and having fun.
Tiny Titans (4-7yrs) - This program is for our smallest yet most energetic members, it is a mix of Kickboxing and BJJ training.
Junior Titans (8-13yrs) - This program is split into separate classes of Kickboxing and BJJ.
