'Learning Through Play'

Kids learn best when they are playing, that is why the ACE Academy Programs consists of the perfect balance between learning skills, developing fitness and having fun.

Tiny Titans (4-8 Years)

This program is for our smallest yet most energetic members, it is a mix of Kickboxing and BJJ training. These classes focus on developing transferable skills such as balance, coordination, fitness and confidence. The classes consist of fitness drills, technique drills with fun and games, covering the fundamental areas of Kickboxing and BJJ.

Junior Titans (8-12 Years)

This program is split into 2 separate type of classes Kickboxing and BJJ. Kids can attend whichever classes they wish to there is no commitment required.

For kids that wish to take up MMA, we believe at this age it is better to train the arts separate, the kickboxing covers the striking aspects of MMA and the BJJ covers the grappling/wrestling.


Kickboxing - In these classes kids will learn how to punch, kick and knee, along with defensive skills. Classes will consist of padwork, fitness & technique drills, light contact sparring and games.


Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) - These classes cover grappling and wrestling, kids will learn takedowns, sweeps and controlled submissions. Classes consist of technique drills, light contact drills/sparring, fitness and games. A BJJ Gi is required for Gi classes.

Teen Titans (12-16 Years)

This program will cover both striking and grappling, along with how to blend them both together.


12-16 years is an important age for Martial Arts Training. It teaches important life skills such as for self defence, also boosts confidence, teaches discipline and helps make them bully-proof.


It is also a great age to start for those that want to take the sport further or pursue it as a career. At ACE we have had multiple Teens become champions as adults and some have even became coaches.

We will send a short registration form to complete online and book your child in for their trial.

FREE WEEK TRIAL

Attend the first class 5 minutes early to sign a consent form. Your child can try all classes* for a week from their start date.

Additional Information

Kids on Teens Program (12-16yrs) can also attend Junior or Adult classes based on their age, size and ability. Coaches will help advise.

Occasionally classes have to be cancelled for various reasons.

First Direct Debit payments may vary due to a proportional charge for the partial month. Regular monthly payments start from the 1st of the month.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure bank details are entered correctly and funds are available, there is a charge for Failed Payments to cover transaction fees and admin.

Monthly Passes that are cancelled will expire at the end of the paid calendar month.

Rejoin anytime without another Joining Fee just keep your childs booklet, we always like seeing familiar faces back in.

*Booklets can be replaced for a small fee.

  • What does my child need to wear?

    Your child can wear any comfortable sportswear without exposed zips and no jewelery.

  • What equipment does my child need?

    Tiny Titans - Boxing Gloves


    Junior Kickboxing - Boxing Gloves and Shin Guards


    Junior BJJ - A BJJ Gi is required for Gi classes only


    Teen Titans MMA - 6-7oz MMA Gloves and Shin Guards, Gumshield, Groin Guard


    *For their Free Trial Period only no equipment is required and a pair of gloves can be borrowed.

  • What if my child cannot attend a class?

    There is no commitment required, once your child is a member they can attend as and when they like no booking is required. Pay as you go options are available.


    **Please note Tiny Titans classes can fill up, if your child is absent for a prolong period of time please notify us as your child may lose their space for that particular day until spaces open again.

  • Can I leave my child or do I have to stay?

    Tiny Titans (Under 8 years) a parent or guardian MUST stay in the building.


    Juniors (8 years+) can be dropped off. If Parents stay for Junior Classes we ask please do not interupt the class even if your child is making mistakes, it is part of the learning and development. Any concerns please speak to the coach before/ after a class or inbetween drink breaks.

  • Do I have to sign a contract?

    No there is no contract, you can cancel anytime. The joining fee is a one-off payment to become a member. As long as your child does not lose their progress booklet there is no additional charge to return in future. (* There is a small fee for replacement booklets).

  • Does my Free Week Trial expire on Monday?

    Your Free Week Trial starts from your first day. Therefore you can start anytime. If you start on Saturday, there is nothing to pay until the following Saturday.
